• Service address (street, city, postal code)
• Vehicle information (make, model, year, tire size)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Booking and service history

The information collected is used to:

• Process and confirm your service bookings
• Communicate about your appointment (confirmation emails and texts, ON THE WAY and COMPLETED notifications)
• Assign a technician and coordinate service
• Issue invoices and manage payments
• Improve our services and the website user experience
• Meet our legal and contractual obligations

Information is collected directly from you through the following interactions:

• Online booking form (mobipneus.ca/rendez-vous)
• Creating a customer account
• Payment through Stripe Checkout
• Referral program (ambassador code)
• Email or phone communication with our team

Our technicians may also record relevant information while providing service (vehicle condition, work completed).

Under Law 25, you have the following rights concerning your personal information:

• Access — obtain a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Portability — receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

• Active account data: retained throughout your relationship with MOBIPNEUS
• Transaction history: retained for 7 years (tax obligations)
• Inactive account: deleted after 3 years of inactivity

Data is hosted on Supabase servers (database) and Vercel (application). The servers are located in North America.

Our website uses the following cookies:

• Functional cookies — sign-in session, shopping cart and user preferences. Required for the website to work.
• Authentication cookies — manage your secure session through Supabase Auth.
• Payment cookies — used by Stripe during payment.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some website features (sign-in, booking) require functional cookies to work correctly.

In accordance with Law 25, MOBIPNEUS Détaillant et Installateur has designated a person responsible for protecting personal information.
